CHAEREEN (shur-een, like serene) is a Korean-American, multidisciplinary creative based in Los Angeles. She’s currently at Great Jones, working on campaigns that want to make the kitchen your happy place. She was previously at Clove as employee number two, leading the creative team responsible for designing the marketing initiatives behind one of TIME’s Best Inventions. She’s also a co-founder of Persimmon, a specialty coffee shop and roaster featured in National Geographic and The New York Times. Prior to all of the above, she kickstarted her career on the social media team at Urban Outfitters. In her spare time, she’s often at a café with her face in a paperback, out for a ride on her fixie, or soaking in sunlight alongside her twin tortoiseshell rescues, Sophie and Tsuki.
